The community is meant to be public, to allow the content and ideas that are shared to benefit everyone. We do recognize that sometimes you may want or need to give or receive information that should be private. So here is how to create a private topic. If you make it private, then only you and Homestead employees will be able to see the content.

1) From the community homepage, use the indicated box to Find or start a conversation. Enter you inquiry, like how do I setup Outlook?

2) Click on Continue creating conversation at the bottom of the results page.

3) Fill in your question and mark the indicated box for privacy.

4) Once filled out, click post.

Instructions are above.
I found out how to change my dns settings, and I tried to change them and as soon as I hit "submit" I keep getting the error message that I have reached a server error. Any suggestions?

What are you trying to do? The domain you have on this account is shown as a pointed domain, but it is registered through us on another account.
Thanks for the quick response! I would ideally love to get the web domain on one account with homestead and use homestead as my web domain host site for the one web domain. Then I would like to use another service for the design of my site but they do not offer web domain hosting.

Ok, Because the domain is on a different account than this one, you will need to create a private conversation so we can verify your credentials as the domain owner, or you may call or chat with support tomorrow. Chat now opens at 4am Mountain.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled My website has been down 15 days.

My payments are current (I checked my account).  Visitors have been zero for the past 15 days.  I can't access the website from my browser.  What do I need to do?

overabarrel,

Your DNS is hosted by polyflower.com and your domain is hosted at enom. You will need to update your DNS records. Please create a new private conversation, per the instructions above, I and I will provide you with your new records.

Thanks
