Problem with gmail bouncing emails. Need updated spf & dkim for domain.

Emails for domain @ loadmastermarine.com are being rejected from gmail.   Apparently need set up spf & dkim files.

Spoke to email support a few weeks ago and was informed that they would fix the problem.  Still no fix.

Our email is having the same problem! We have customers not receiving emails, and it is even causing issues internally since some of our employees are working remotely and using Gmail for correspondence within teams.

Homestead:

My emails to gmail accounts are getting bounced back. It sounds like a lot of your customers are complaining about the same problem.  SPF and DKIM needs to be fixed immediately.  Please add my name to the list of other complainers.  I can't run my business with this problem.  my domains are @fredhall.biz and @hallselectric.net.

I am also getting delayed emails that say the following:

@jenine6851 Try checking the DNS records and comparing them to Homesteads recommended values, as they seem to have changed. We updated our records, and thus far, it seems to have resolved the issue?

I found the DNS records recommended by Homestead in this post. We never got a notification of any changes, and it was not automatically updated, but I did notice that several of our mx records were different by a single digit. I can only assume something was updated on Homestead's end, which has caused a cascade of sites that are failing without any indication as to why.

Go to your DNS and compare your records to the "Points To" for Homestead. We've had emails working for a bit now, and are cautiously optimistic...
