Hello,

Can you go ahead and try once more? I have updated the TXT SPF record for your domain which should allow it to begin working properly.

It looks like that fix worked for a couple weeks but here we are again.  Here is the message:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its recipients after more than 4 hours on the queue on bosmailout10.eigbox.net.

The message identifier is:     1pf5g8-0007hf-U7

The subject of the message is: RE: Form Submission - Contact Us

The date of the message is:    Wed, 22 Mar 2023 16:04:18 -0500

The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:

(Email address redacted)

    host alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [142.250.157.27]

Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:

421-4.7.28 unsolicited mail originating from your IP address. To protect our

421-4.7.28 users from spam, mail sent from your IP address has been temporarily

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up, and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.

Sometimes, on shared hosting where many customers use the same email servers, they get detected as contributing to spam and unnecessarily get blacklisted by a few recipient email servers and RBLs. We do have a system in place that monitors our mailout server IPs for their reputation at RBLs that sends out reports periodically. Our Network Operations team rotates the blocked IPs automatically and that should resolve any blocks our servers may have, given time. We do recommend trying to resend the bounced emails.
Additionally, we have already informed our engineering team regarding this issue and our engineers are working towards a fix on increasing the reputation. I'm afraid we do not have an ETA on this. We appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue.

Am I understanding correctly that because you are using so few ips my business emails are being blocked due to other users?

Not necessarily that we use so few IPs. We have hundreds of IPs, but you are still using a shared server platform, so yes, you can be affected by other users sending spam.

I am also having problems getting emails to my gmail customers.  Any time I send an email to a gmail address, I get the "delivery failed" message.  Only seems to  be with gmail so far.

Hello,

The first thing to check is the DNS, but since your nameservers are pointing to Cloudflare, I cannot check it for you. Please log into that account and make sure your email DNS matches what's in this article exactly:

I was able to use this information to update the TXT Spf on Cloudflare and so far so good.  Everything seems to be working fine now.  Thank you so much!
