Im getting the same kickback on emails. Thought it was my settings but had a friend look and he says it on the homestead side. Roundcube is webmail and when it checks the outgoing email (either responding or initiated) it is finding the round spf since webmail is dynamic. I cannot find a way to contact Help Support other than phone and do not want to be tied up for hours. Were you able to find out anything on your issue? -Lisa

Hello,
We are aware of an issue some customers experience delivering to Comcast, Outlook, or Microsoft-related email services. We do sincerely apologize for this ongoing issue, but please be assured that our engineers continue to work on resolving this specific issue, and we will certainly provide an update here when that has been completed.
As for this specific bounce back, I will get this reported, so this block can be manually resolved. Thank you for providing this information.
