emails bouncing back

How do I add SPF and DKIM to my email service so that my emails don't bounce back?

Hello,

Since your nameservers are pointing to Cloudflare, I cannot fix it for you. Please log into that account and make sure your email DNS matches what's in that article exactly:

I have no idea of what you are talking about.  I pay homestead to host my website and my emails.  I have been allocated to Round Cube, where to the best of my knowledge, no humans exist.  It would be truly lovely to talk with someone as was possible once upon a time when I signed up for this service.

Yes, you host your website and email through Homestead, but to secure your website, you're routing your nameservers through Cloudflare, which I don't have access to. I would recommend trying to log into Cloudflare using common login information for you, or try sending yourself a password reset using your email address.

You can call 1-800-710-1998 for Homestead support.

Can you help?  All our accounts (email) are bouncing *@cdtreeservice.com.  Nameservers are not pointed to another service.  Any help you can provide will be much appreciated!
