Email Quota Full?

My business associates are receiving this message when they send me an email. I have looked at my roundcube email and it is at 0% used. Is there something else I need to do? My emails are getting forwarded to a gmail account.

OK. I am also seeing a 0% quota on that address. Can you try removing the filter you have through the email tab and try adding it via these instructions?:

Please let me know if that resolves this issue. If not, I'll need to submit a ticket.
