email address deleated
Thursday morning sometime after 4:26 AM my email address disappeared. My homestead account shows no email address. I have used this address: tom@russellpiano.com for 10 years or so. All of a sudden it is gone. Some of my customers have texted me to tell me my email was address was not deliverable. I was told in a phone call to Homestead that they are working on it and might have the problem solved in 48 hours or so. has anyone else experienced something like this?

Talked to tech last night and said same thing.. they are working on it...
I haven't had emails since yesterday early am. Not able to log into roundcube email or my account on Homestead shows no email accounts??!! Tech tried to log into my server account and wasnt able...Not much info going around at this point just sit and wait.

I have had the same issue and when I spoke to customer service on Friday they said the mailbox was deleted and they would try to bring it back from the last back-up in 24-48 hours and here we are still no email address which is killing my business right smack in the middle of W-2 and 1099 filing season.

I discovered the same issue two days ago. my 5 business accounts disepeared! Now is weekend and nobody from Homestead answers the phone. Their message says that I have to call during the week from Monday to Friday. But people work during the weekend!
