DNS settings

Hello,

It looks like my DNS settings in Cloudflare match the DNS settings in the available article here, except I have a few extra lines in my DNS records that I don’t know how to check or know if effects email delivery. I seemed to have fixed the gmail issue, but some other organizations are saying they aren’t receiving email from me. I’ve attached a screen shot of the DNS settings in Cloudflare. Also, how do I

go back to allowing you to make changes instead of going through Cloudflare?
