@elyzabethv are you able to help us with this? I haven't gotten any response on this yet as you can see and we're still not able to send emails to our client.
The first step in troubleshooting would be to check your DNS. Since your nameservers are pointing to Cloudflare, I cannot fix it for you. Please log into that account and make sure your email DNS matches what's in that article exactly:
I'm having to use a gmail account that we setup and those emails are going through just fine but we can't rely on this. We should be able to use our domain email.

I really need to get this resolved. I'm not able to reach one of my largest clients via email due to this issue.
