Certificate Expired

I have to click the use certificate button every time I am trying to do a send and receive. This is resulting in emails not coming through. I have tried changing the port and it still happens. Please help as this is so very frustrating. I am on a windows 11 with Outlook 365 (which I hate but just purchased because I didn't know any better).

Ok, and just to be sure, you're using Port 465, not 587?
If so, unfortunately, my only recommendation would be to completely remove the email from Outlook and re-add it. Please make sure to save any important emails before you do this, though, because depending on your email settings, you may lose the email content.
