bounce email saying incorrect spa

I recently have been receiving a ton of emails more specifically gmail emails that are bouncing back saying not authenticated with invalid spf

What could be the cause of this issue?

Hello,

Can you go ahead and try once more? I have updated the TXT SPF record for your domain which should allow it to begin working properly.

@elyzabethv Just tried it and so far it looks like the messages went through. Thank you. Is there a way to send incidents such as this directly to support versus airing out in public forum?
