Point Domain on Homestead to external web server

Have a client who has domain name on homestead. Wants to keep his domain email with homestead servers but needs to serve a new custom .html website from external server.

What DNS records do i need to edit to keep their email using the homestead server while pointing the website to an external web server thats not homestead? Just edit the *, @, www a records to new server and im fine?
