I have sitbuilder plus. If I change to the website builder will loose my website that I have now.  I notice I don't have extra elements.  Will it be the same price that I have now?

Why are we seeing HTML at the end of the URL pages. Is there a way to hide it using Java script?  It makes the page looks not finished to some people.  They still thinks that the website still under construction when it is not.
