Is your domain registered with Homestead. If so, Homestead renews your domain name registration automatically. If this is not the case, you may have your domain name registered elsewhere. If not, it's probably a phishing scam. Where did the email come from?

WHO IS DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION:
Domain names registered by homestead are automatically renewed. The domain registration renewal fees are collected along with your hosting fees. Reviewing your domain name using https://lookup.icann.org/ will allow you insight as to whom your domain name is registered.
