What are my options if I don't need a storefront?

I received an email that the price to host per month is going up. I'm currently on what is listed as a "professional" plan. I really don't need a storefront (my site is information-only). I don't sell on my website anymore. I really only need the domain names and web-hosting portions. The email mentioned downgrade options. What are they and how do I go about implementing them?
