Website visitor data

My home page says that I have had no visitors or orders in the last 30 days.  It has been doing this for the last several months.  How do I fix this to find out about

visitor data?

Have you installed Google Analytics?

To set up Google Analytics for your Homestead website builder, you'll need to create a Google Analytics account, obtain a tracking ID, and then integrate it into your Homestead site settings.
Here's a step-by-step guide:
1. Create a Google Analytics Account:
  • Go to the Google Analytics website and sign up for a new account or log in with your existing Google account.
  • Create a new property (your website) within your account.
  • Provide your website details, such as the name and URL, and choose your industry and business objectives.
  • Important: You'll need to create a data stream (Web) for your website within the property.
  • Copy the tracking ID or Google tag (gtag.js) provided.
2. Integrate with Homestead:
  • For Sitebuilder Plus:
    • Go to your Websites Manager and find the "Integrate Google Analytics" section.
    • Click "Sign Up" and follow the instructions to enter your website details and get the tracking ID.
    • Paste the tracking ID into the designated field and save.
    • You may also need to copy the Global Site Tag and paste it into your site's page settings (Advanced Settings > head tag HTML).
    • Publish your site.
  • For other Homestead builders:
    • Look for a similar "Integrate Google Analytics" or "Statistics" section within your site settings.
    • You'll likely need to paste your tracking ID there.
    • Follow any specific instructions provided by Homestead.
3. Verify and Access Data:
  • After integration, allow some time (up to 24 hours) for the data to start flowing.
  • You can then access your Google Analytics dashboard to view your website's traffic and user behavior data.
  • You may need to click "View Stats" or a similar button within Homestead to be redirected to Google Analytics.

It has given me this information for the last 7 years telling me how many visitors, sales, etc.  It just stopped giving me the analytics a few months ago.  Should I have to install Google Analytics if it was previously working?  I have tried everything I know and it has done no good.  Thanks for your answer.
