Hello, 

This typically happens when your bank blocks the authorization. Please call your bank to check that they aren't blocking the authorization charge we send through when we attempt to update your card.

I have called my bank and they said there is no block on Homestead taking out a payment. Can you please try again as I can't do anything more.

Worked using Firefox after no success with Chrome ......
