Unlimited everything...

Hi,

I am a Homestead O.G. - have been with you since day one. We were grandfathered in with a yearly "unlimited everything" account, since we have been customers since 1998. Why has this changed without any clue or notice? I would like our original deal back, since that is what we were promised.

Hello, 

I can see that back in July of 2021, the account closed with an outstanding balance. A few days later, someone called in to reactivate the account and worked with that agent to change the billing to a monthly plan to be more affordable. 

 

Unfortunately, that original plan is no longer available to apply to your account.
