Unbelievable Bad Service For Months!

I have been a customer with Homestead for a couple decades.  No problems.  Starting in August I begin to have problems with my Homestead bills showing up at Mastercard.  It has been a LIVING NIGHTMARE since then, with my site down more often than it is up.  I get the exact same response from the front line workers day after day after day.  I can;t tell you how much time I have wasted on the phone trying to get this resolved.  Today I set up a conference call between MC billing specialist and (I hoped) a billing specialist from Homestead to finally get this thing resolved.  "Rachel" refused to do anything but the basic "have you tried this have you tried that" which I have been dealing with constantly since August.   I told her that the error she told me, on their end, was "user authorization's system is unavailable" means it is a problem at their end, as they are the user... MC and Homstead have just been pointing fingers at each other the whole time.  This is why I set up the conference call to finally sort it out.  "Rachel" a front line worker refused to let me speak to anyone but her, and after keeping the bank person on hold for about a half an hour while I argued with "Rachel" I finally just hung up in frustration.  I can't keep the bank people waiting all day while I argue with some kid.
Anyway, I have been told so many times that Homestead staff would email me, or call me back and NOTHING in months.  Today was the last straw.  I have people coming tomorrow and I have spent the entire morning on the phone arguing with no result.
I am now going to transfer my website to another host, as this whole thing has been utterly ridiculous and a real waste of time.   All it would have taken is Homestead putting one reasonably competent manager on the line over the past months, but evidently that was just too much trouble.
