Unable to update payment method
Tonight, I am unable to update my payment method to change credit cards. I am getting an error message. Is there a problem? Will it be resolved soon? Payment was due a couple of days ago. Thanks ~

Me too!! My payment was due 17th July, nothing was taken. I didn't get any email reminder or one saying they were unable to take payment. Going round in circles on here, no one will help apart from giving me a phone number which I refuse to call from abroad(im not in USA). Just tried to update card details (even though they are correct) and like you I got the error message. There will be a lot of angry people if we lose our websites!!
