Un -authorized Payment

Hello Homestead Team.  On the 5-5-2025 I received an email from Homestead , in regards to my Banking details to be updated. I was notified that my website would be suspended until I made the update, and if I took no action my Account would then be Closed 30 days later.  Due to circumstances, I have decided to NOT UPDATE my Banking details and would like my website closed down.  On 11-5-2025 I find that you have had the audacity to somehow take a payment from my bank account without my approval or update.  Please Close my Website Account and refund my payment to which you were not authorized to take.  I do not wish to have to close my Bank Account due to your actions.  Feeling very disappointed with your Company over this issue.

It is always recommended to contact a company if you no longer want their services. That way, we have a record of the request to stop service. 
I have closed this account for you and refunded the last payment.
