This organization can't accept donations right now.

Hi, 

I put a donation box on my website and added the e-mail for the e-transfers but when I click on it to check if it works I get this message:

"This organization can't accept donations right now." It is paypal. 

Is it not working due to maintenance at the moment? Is it an issue with paypal? What can the problem be?
