Password change help

I am trying to change my password and it allows me to type in a new one, but then says "warning PIN could not be updated at this time"....I am not trying to change the PIN....or am I suppose to when I changed the password too?

Hello,

You should not be required to change the PIN at the same time. It should only happen if you click Reissue PIN. What browser are you using?

Are you using your mouse to click the button to save the new password or are you hitting 'Enter'?
