Overcharged
Received email communication 01/16/2025 that Website Hosting Package would renew on 01/31/2025 for total of $304.90.
Today 01/31/2025 received email confirming auto-renewal, but was charged $334.90. This undisclosed/non-communicated up-charge needs to be corrected back to the amount of 304.90 that was specifically communicated. Please credit back the $30 up-charge/overcharge to the payment card on file.

Hello,
We sent an email in December informing customers of a price increase that would apply to their next account renewal. For users who pay annually, this change went live on 1/20/2025. The previous price was $304.90, so the $2.50/month increase makes the amount you were charged the correct price.
