Monthly charge applied twice

There have been two identical charges on my card two days ago for this month for my account practsoft so please process a credit.

I'm only seeing one charge on our end. Can you verify with your bank that this was actually double charged on your end? If so, please send an email with images showing this to compliance@homesteadsupport.com.
