I tried to cancel all my subscriptions today

I tried to cancel my subscriptions today before renewal hits my account and after filling out a long form and confirming that I want to shut down my account completely, it then tells me that I have to call on the phone (Mind you today is a Saturday) and I'm super busy in the middle of the week to be on hold on the phone , this is why I will no longer use this company (plus what happened to me  Few months ago I had my business website running and it was due for renewal, my account is setup with automatic renewal and one day I was trying to edit my website and found out that I no longer own it, someone else got the domain, called customer support and they told me that I needed to renew it manually something I 've never had to do ever, I've been with this company for close to 20 years and to do a rug pull like this is absolutely unprofessional and made me think that someone purchased the domain from homestead since it had a very good name, very catchy)

People be careful if you have an important business because this can happen to you too and lose clients because of it!
