I am no longer use Homestead for my website; only for my domain and email account. My billing doesn't reflect that changes. Why?

I am using Weebly for my website. I want to continue using Homestead for my domain and for an email account. I thought the changes had been made but my billing doesn't reflect those changes. What do I do?
