How do I downgrade my account?

I just need the standard website builder version not the business anymore. There seems to be no way to go backwards but cancel all services and start over? That can't be right

Unfortunately it requires contacting support to change packages, but you can always remove addons from your Account Summary page.

@todd_h What is the telephone number to support if I MIGHT be interested in changing my account/business package? Also, is it possible to make the Homestead contact information (telephone number, email address) a little more visible?
