How can I downgrade my account from Business to Starter?

I have had the business account for over 4 years now, and as my business has changed, I no longer have the need for multiple pages, multiple emails, etc etc. I would like to downgrade to only the Starter package, but I can only find options to upgrade. Any hints? Thank you!
