Homestead Erased My Website and Now Holds my Domains Hostage

Making sure to bill my CC nearly $50 a month, Homestead erased my business website, no warning, no notification. I have no idea how long my website has been down and this service has to be the lease user friendly in the industry.

I have struggled to use the online only builder, but continued to use Homestead to ensure my business had some type of online presence.

I want to unlock and transfer my domain, and now there is an error when trying to find my domain's lock status.
