Why won't you send me a domain transfer code? I keep getting an error stating - "cannot process you request at this time, please try again later".

Hello,

Can you try updating your domain contact information before requesting the auth code? Even if the information is correct, please re-save it.

Hello, I am trying to transfer my website hosting from Homestead to godaddy. I have requested and received an EPP code homestead generated to effect the domain transfer. I am told by godaddy the EPP code is invalid. I unlocked my account and have done all that I was instructed to do.

Can you please help me or direct me to someone who can help initiate the transfer to godaddy.

The code we sent should be correct. Are you copying and pasting? Or manually typing?

I recommend copying the code, pasting it into a neutral program like Notepad, and then copying/pasting it to GoDaddy.
