Does anything happen in this community anymore?

None of my posts in the past several months have been responded to. I've just discovered that my email accounts are not sending email. It's also not forwarding to the forwarding address.

One of my sites has been offline for weeks.  Thankfully, it's not a site that I'm actively using at this point -- yeah, I'm literally paying for a site that I don't use that, as it turns out, isn't even online... still... no response... no actions taken by Homestead to fix the issue... 

I'd like to get the codes to move my sites. It's time.
