Can't Update My Payment Info

I've tried to update my credit card information in my account/billing but when I enter the new information and push the button, the wheel just keeps spinning and spinning.

Can you help before my site goes down?  Thank you!

AGREED!  why does this happen all the time!  I always have to call in to have mine updated.  This should be a simple online task.

Thanks for mentioning that, Christine.  I called and the person was able to update the info then and there.  Yeah,  sure seems like it ought to be a simple action online.

My thought is that Homestead is trying too many times to re-submit the purchase and its causing the banks to block them out.

And - I had tried earlier to update my card because the bank was changing the expiry date - it would not let me do it then either and the old card was still good.
