My account is due for auto-renewal in early November with billing scheduled for October 23, 2024 I have emailed the billing dept and tried to call the 800 number but have not managed to connect with a human being. I am NOT authorizing renewal of my account nor any other charges. I would appreciate a response letting me know you have taken care of this.
