Cancel auto renew on account

No longer require my account once it reaches the renewal date in August. I am stating now that I do not wish my account to auto renew. Please do not ask me to phone anybody as I live in the United Kingdom and am not going to pay inflated phone rates.

You may need to call to close your account. Perhaps you can have someone call for you? Call support for HELP.

Hello,

You can set your account to this status by following these steps in your account. Click on Account > Account Summary > Cancel All Services > Choose your reason and continue > Opt out auto-renewal.

@elyzabethv​ I have tried to cancel my account as well and thought you have the steps above, it says you must call to cancel.  I need mine canceled immediately.
