Billing Confusion

Thank you for your billing notification that you are increasing my billing $2.00 from the current rate of $23.74 that started on 2/28/22 but will be $25.74 as of 3/1/23.

Question: How often does Homestead raise the billing price for its clients?

Because my previous bill rate of $21.99 started on 11/30/16 and ended on 1/31/22.

I have the same website package.

Hello Elana,

We don't have a specific cadence for price increases. It is based on market factors that I'm not privy to. It shouldn't be a yearly occurrence, though. It just happened to occur two years in a row, when the last time before that was about 6 years prior.

I meant that they shouldn't continue in a yearly cadence. Everyone's price increased last year and this year, but it will not happen every year. We don't have a schedule for it, though.
