I certainly understand the need for the price increase, and would not have a problem with it, but my website has not been fully operational for several months.  I would think a refund of 25.00 a month for those months would be more appropriate.

Unfortunately, I don't see on your account history where you've reached out to us concerning your website not working. I did update the DNS and your site is coming up for me now. Please make sure you can pull it up as well.
