Why is my email account sending error messages to people sending me email?

My business contacts are sending me email messages and I do receive the messages but my contacts are calling saying they're receiving a message back saying that my email account/email user does not exist.

Which email server does Homestead use these days? Roundcube or Open Exchange??? Because both of those are active for me at the moment!
