Why is Image Library Not Working?

What is the problem with Image Library?

For several days now I have been trying to access the photographs in
the Homesteads Image Library, but keep getting the message:

"Our image service isn't available right now.
Try searching our library again in a while"

This is causing me a lot of inconvenience as I am in the middle of
constructing a new site.

Once again I need to ask the question ... "why am I not getting the
service I am paying for"?

Hello Steve,

We have had people report that the image library isn't working in SB+ and we are looking into it. In the meantime, you can definitely find images on sites like Pixabay that are royalty free. Otherwise, you can always look at our newer builder Website Builder. If you are constructing a new site, that is the builder I recommend you use. It is a responsive, mobile friendly and much more updated builder. The image gallery is working fine in that builder as well.
