Who will bill me for domain?

Who should be billing me for domain service? I received an email saying my domain was expiring in a few days.  There is no provider company name on the notice. The email was sent from info@shaxiamarch.top.  On the web page where you enter credit card information the website shows CMS HAMMOND GLADES INC.  Is this legitimate?  Looks sketchy.
