When does Homestead plan to roll out Responsive Website Architecture?

When will Homestead offer Responsive website architecture? The new Enhanced Google is just around the corner and if we don't change to responsive websites or add a mobile site we will be pushed to the end of the line in SEO. It was kind to offer the mobile option but it looks to me like the industry is headed more in the direction of responsive architecture.
