Hello,

Your domain was just added to the Homestead account today, it is registered with Network solutions, and not pointing to Homesteads nameservers. I also cannot see any DNS attached to this domain. If you want this domain to pull up a Homestead site, you would need to point the domain to us via nameservers or DNS. If you use 3rd party email, DNS would be the best option, otherwise nameservers is the easiest method. Which way would work best for you?

Our website has not changed in over 5 years. This started with the outage you all had this morning. I need this fixed.

I'm sorry, but I already provided you detailed information proving to you that this domain is not pointing to Homestead. What we have control over, which is your website, is working. You can go to the site name and it pulls up just fine:

http://casburncpa.homestead.com/

The domain is not pointing to Homestead through nameservers or DNS, so there is no way that it would pull up that website. Any troubleshooting would need to be done by Network Solutions because they are the ONLY ones who have any type of control over your domain.
Again, If you decide you would like to start pointing to Homestead, let me know which method works best for you and I'll provide that information. You would then provide that information to Network Solutions to input it.

OK, so it is recommended not to point to a sitename like that, always use DNS or nameservers.
We haven't been associated with Intuit since 2012. It is possible that they recently brought those servers down.

You should point your site using this DNS:

1. A Record:   @       Points to:    108.167.135.108

2. CNAME:      *       Points to:    websites015.homestead.com

3. CNAME:     www      Points to:    websites015.homestead.com
