Web Builder question

A couple questions on the new Web Builder (and probably a lot more to follow)

1) The standard fonts that I used on SiteBuilder – “Georgia;” “Tahoma;” “Times Roman,” etc.

are not listed on the New Builder.  Why is that?  As I build the site with the new builder, I would like to keep the fonts the same, if possible.

2) On the Sitebuilder, when you were on a page, there was a “select all” option when you wanted to highlight ALL of the elements on the page at once.  Unless I’m missing something, I don’t see that capability on the New Builder.  Is that right?  If not, where is that option?
