SYNCING TO MY BIGCOMMERCE STORE

I have a website through homestead. My store is powered by big commerce. I had a link that lead to my bigcommerce store from my homestead website. However it recently stopped working. Somehow the link became broken. I didn't change anything either. I had to remove the link because customers were saying they couldn't visit the store. Please help.
