soundcloud problems

When I upload a music file - mp3 - to sound cloud and then try to use it on my site website builder says 'sorry but we can't find this file'. What am doing wrong. I shared it on twitter. Does it take some time for it to complete some sort of vetting process for copyrights etc? Thanks.
