Sitebuilder Plus Simplestore not working with Cloudflare configuration.

We are investigating an issue with the Simplestore showing a server error. This happens if you have implemented a secure solution via Cloudflare. If you have not yet implemented Cloudflare on your Sitebuilder Plus site AND have a Simplestore, we advise you to wait until we have resolved the issue.

If you have made the switch and your store does not load we advise that you reset the nameservers to Homestead's. This will reset your DNS to a Homestead website and Homestead email. If you use any third party services, you will need to have those DNS records.

Important: This only applies to Sitebuilder Plus users, with a Simplestore AND using Cloudflare. If you are using Websitebuilder with an ecommerce add-on, there is no problem. If you do not have a Simplestore, there is no problem.

We have a Website Gold Plus Package, and use Bigcommerce as our storefront provider. I believe we use Sitebuilder. Is there a way I can check this for sure. I cannot access my storefront since changing the dns names

If you use BigCommerce, this will not apply to you. I would recommend using the SSL option through BigCommerce instead of Cloudflare, so yea I would put your nameservers back to how they were before.

I changed the Nameservers to the Cloudflare servers provided on my sites DaveHutchinson.net (A Homestead Server) and CrazyAboutTravel.com (a Dotster Server)  Now, when I go to my sites I get the following This site can’t be reached

www.davehutchinson.net’s server IP address could not be found.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

and on www.CrazyAboutTravel.com this...
Homestead Web Hosting Website Tools  Home How It Works Features Design Gallery Customer Sites Free Trial

Sorry, the page you’re looking for can’t be found.

You will be redirected to Homestead in 10 seconds.

Help, please.  I have been a Homestead customer for 20 years...have more than 1700 pages on my site... I need help!!!  Thanks!  -Dave Hutchinson-

Hello Karen,

If you go under "Edit Nameservers" and click the Edit button, you will see an option to reset to defaults. This will switch them back to Homestead.
This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Store Page Server Error.

My store is inaccessible for some reason. I can edit and publish on sitebuilder, but clicking on my store page on the web results in a Server Error page.

Hello Sheila2992

We are aware of an issue between Cloudflare and Simplestore, so I would recommend changing the nameservers back to Homestead to get your store working while we investigate this.
