Requesting Authorization Code for Domain transfer.

I have followed the instructions on how to request an authorization code to transfer a domain name but I keep getting this message:


I've made sure the contact email is correct. Made sure the domain wasn't locked. Made sure there was no privacy. This has happened three or four times.

I'm hoping someone is able to assist me in getting this information

Is the domain name registered with homestead? If not, you may need to update your email address with the company that's used to register your domain name.

According to my search results the registrar is tucowsdomains.com but it says the reseller is Homestead Technologies. All the information on the WHOIS page is correct as far as email address is concerned.

Logon to your Homestead account a review your email contact information. Update it if needed.

Hi Josh3368, I am not sure it you received it or not. I show the auth code was sent twice, yesterday. I have resent it today. If you have not received it, can you tell me to what email address you are expecting it to be sent?

How long should we wait to receive the code?  I requested it about 24 hours ago..should I have received it by now?

oops...I just realized I had left one letter out of my email so I will request the code again.
