Problem Downsizing photos homestead

Hello
I am having trouble downloading my photos on to my website. Its the first time i have ever encounter this. Homestead says to it is to large and would i like to down size which i say yes but homestead then down sizes but cuts the photo in mid quarters. As you can see on the website re photos of koi, But if i press no it does the same or I can down size it myself when it uploads large on the screen. But this Only works every so often on a photo. Can you help me with this please as these are sale koi and i have customers waiting on these photos to be uploaded. Kind regards
