Priority Settings for Form Content

I've created a form that contains a 1-line text box (name) and two option button boxes (question 1 and question 2). The completed form sends me an e-mail & text file. The problem is that the name box is placed between the two answers from the option button boxes. How can I set priority of how the form's content is to appear in the text file?
