Partway down my page there are slight little dots on the left edge on down and right there it shifts over a tiny bit. How can I fix this?

On my Home Page partway down the page on the left edge a bunch of little dots or dashes start and go the rest of the way down the page. Right there it makes the page shift over every so slightly but enough to make it look bad. I can't seem to fix it no matter how I try.
